Dirty Iron
Clean the bottom of the iron, sprinkle salt on the ironing board and iron back and forth.
Dirty Microwave
Got a dirty microwave oven, add four tablespoons of lemon juice to one cup of water in a microwave-safe bowl. Boil for five minutes in the microwave, allowing the steam to condense on the inside walls of the oven. Then wipe them with a soft cloth.
Stainless-Steel Fingerprints
Remove fingerprints from stainless-steel appliances, place a small amount of baby oil on a napkin and wipe the affected areas. The fingerprints will just wipe away.
Pet Hair
Cat and dog hair removal from clothes and furniture, rub them with damp rubber gloves.
Stains on your Whites
Peroxide is a perfect alternate solution to keep those clothes white. Bleach tends to wear out cloths faster – peroxide won’t do that.
Dirty Sponges
Clean Sponges. Just can’t seem to get that funky smell out of your sponges? Combine equal parts hydrogen peroxide and warm water in a shallow bowl, and let the sponge soak for about 15 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
